TERMS OF USE AND TRANSACTIONS Lamdaservice.gr
I. INTRODUCTION
Lamdaservice.gr is the “Website” and the “E-Store” of the exhibition and distribution of products via the Internet, which belongs to the Greek company under the name “LADOPOULOS ANAST. DIMITRIOS “and the distinctive title” LAMDA SERVICE “, located in Kallithea, Attiki (57 Km of National Road of Lamia, Athens), in Greece (ID number: 051233803 / TAX OFFICE KALLITHEAS) and with the Supplier’s Register number (hereinafter Lamdaservice .gr “or the” Company “).
These General Terms and Conditions of using the website and purchasing the products / services of our online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use and Transactions” or the “Terms of Use”) define your terms and conditions for browsing our Site and use of this and our e-shop and govern the sales contract concluded between us for the purchase of products from our online store. Lamdaservice.gr reserves the right to modify or renew unilaterally these Terms of Use in its sole discretion and / or when the amendment is required by law, if any and without your prior notice, always in the context of business practices and limits set by the law. Lamdaservice.gr undertakes to inform you of any modifications as well as any changes, via the Website. Any modifications will be effective from the date of posting on this Website. It is clarified that any change to these Terms of Use does not cover orders you have already made within our online store before the amendments come into force as above. The use of Lamdaservice.gr following the abovementioned amendment is considered as acceptance of the Terms of Use as amended.
The use of this Website by you and any transaction you make in our online store is at your own sole responsibility.
II. NETWORK / ELECTRONIC SHOP NETWORK SERVICES
A. PROVISION OF INFORMATION
The information provided by this Website is complete, true, valid, and up-to-date, whether it concerns our identity or the products / services provided by our online store. Your registration as a Member on Lamdaservice.gr is necessary to make a purchase from our Online Store. C. SUBSCRIBE TO NEWSLETTER
Your subscription to our Company Newsletter is at your sole discretion and is not a mandatory procedure for making a purchase from our Online Store or for providing other services, including your simple browsing on our Website.
Your subscription to our Company newsletter is completed by entering your email address in the corresponding field on our page. Upon completion of your registration, you give us your explicit consent that our Company will send you informational and promotional material about its products and services, as well as related advertising messages. To protect your personal information, please read our privacy policy .
Lamdaservice.gr is not responsible if the newsletter is not delivered to its destination, although it does its best to provide ISPs (Internet Service providers) for their delivery. The newsletter may end up in the spam folder, so please check regularly that it is not stored there. If you do not wish to receive any newsletters or wish to be totally removed from Lamdaservice.gr’s newsletter, you can inform us using the contact form on the Website or through the corresponding link that appears in our email newsletters. Lamdaservice.gr uses a 3rd party company to track down the newsletters recipients. It does not give third parties information about your name, surname, address or other personal data.
D. PURCHASE ACTION THROUGH THE ELECTRONIC SHOP
1. ORDER
1.1 Completion – Order Confirmation
Use the product categories in the main menu of our page, navigate to it and find what you are looking for. You can also use the product category by type of insect, where you will find alphabetically all the products we have for your needs.
Check the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the link “SHOPPING CART” located at the top right of the site. You can use the “DELETE FROM THE BASKET” button to remove products from your cart before completing your order.
Click the “ORDER COMPLETE” button to complete your purchase. You can pay in one of the ways listed below in Section II.D.4.
To be able to complete your first order, you must register as a new member. During the completion of your order, the system will automatically guide you to the very simple and quick registration process (for details, see Section B2 above).

The prices listed in our products include VAT and are considered final if they are delivered within Greece (since you are not charged for shipping costs within the country – see Section II.D.3). If you do not ship your purchased products to Greece, in order to calculate the final cost of your ordered products, you will add to the prices quoted in the products ten (10) Euro if sent to Cyprus and twenty (22) Euro if you sent to any other country abroad. For our charges, see Table I in Section III.D.3
Immediately before you click on “Order”, which is the final step for completing your order, you will automatically be informed that when you place your order you are required to pay the amount corresponding to it. If you agree, click on “Order” and then submit it to our online store. By submitting your order in accordance with the above, automatically the Lamdaservice.gr system will send you a message to the email account you have given us at your registration as a Member who will notify you that we have received the order, the products you have ordered and all the terms of the order. From this point onwards, you do not have to do anything else until you get your products.
When the order is delivered to the courier company we are cooperating (Table II.Δ.3) or to another partner company, you will receive a new e-mail message stating the shipping / shipping number. With this number, you can track the order of your order until it reaches the delivery area you have specified in your order.
1.1.1.Tender exceptions
From the offers, which Lamdaservice.gr does from time to time, products that appear in a category other than the category of “discount products” or “offers” are not included.
1.2 Order Tracking

1.3 Cancel / Modify Order
An order may be canceled in the following cases:
Before ordering:
Before submitting your order in accordance with the above (see Section II.D 1.1), you are technically able to “back” back and remove the quantities of products from your basket that you do not wish to order by clicking on the “remove “.
After completing the order but before receiving the products:
(a) You have the right to cancel the order after it is completed if delivery of the ordered product (s) is delayed. In order to cancel your order, the provisions of Module II.D.2 below apply.
(b) If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been sent you can cancel your order by sending an email to the email address info@lamdaservice.gr or by telephone at 210 3473207, 09: 00-17: 00, Monday to Friday.
After receiving the product
(a) Your refusal to accept your products upon delivery by the Transferring Company is equivalent to a revocation, the exercise of which is subject to the provisions of Section II.D.5 below. In any case, we inform you that in case of withdrawal at the time of receipt in accordance with the above, Lamdaservice.gr records the event in a special record, consequently the next time you make a purchase from our online store, you will be charged transportation costs, as discussed below.
(b) After receipt of the product, the order will be canceled by exercising the Right of Withdrawal as set out in Section II.D.5 below.
(c) In addition, your order will be canceled upon receipt of the products or for replacement purposes in accordance with the provisions of Article II.D.6 below.
(d) After receipt, your order will be canceled in accordance with the provisions of Article III.B.2 if you receive a defective product, the wrong product, or you never receive it due to a loss.
2 DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
2.1 Way and Time of Delivery
Dates and delivery times: The days you deliver your products are from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 17.00pm for Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras. For the rest of Greece and abroad the delivery times of the respective Transport Company apply. For ordering in Athens, the delivery is available on Saturdays (if requested in the order’s comments). In case of shipment on Saturday, you agree that the delivery of the products will be charged according to the following terms in Section II.D.3.
Product Delivery Time: Subject to what is expressly set out in these Terms of Use and Transactions If your order is completed by 12:30 pm Monday through Friday, the products delivered to Attica, Thessaloniki, Patras and other major urban cities within two (2) working days, within three (3) business days in the rest of Greece and Cyprus and within ten (10) working in other foreign countries. If your order is completed by submitting it to us after 12:30, the delivery time increases by one business day, as described above.
These deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transfer and delivery times. In this case, Lamdaservice.gr works with specific courier and transport companies.
In case you want a carrier of your preference with which Lamdaservice.gr does not cooperate then the transportation costs will be charged to you irrespective of the order value and the place / time of delivery. In this case, Lamdaservice.gr has no responsibility for any delays in the delivery of your products.
2.2 Delivery Delay

If your proposal does not satisfy you, you have the right to cancel the order in whole or in part and refund any money you have paid,in each case to give you the alternatives available to our Company. If you are late, you can contact our Company at 210 3473207 or email us at info@lamdaservice.gr. in which you can declare your rebate in the whole or part of the order.
3. MISSION EXPENSES
Shipments within Greece are subject to shipping costs, regardless of the value of your order. The courier company we partner with is ELTA COURRIER. In case the area you have declared to be sent to your products is not served by the ELTA COURRIER network, we have the responsibility to send you your order in an alternative way, again with free shipping charges for you for delivery within Greece.
Shipments abroad are charged with shipping costs of twenty-two (€ 22.00) Euro per order, irrespective of the value of the ordered products. Sending abroad is via registered mail via ELTA.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
4.1 Method of Repayment.
Payment upon receipt of order. When the courier company comes to your place to deliver your products, you pay the value of your order.
4.2 Payment by credit card.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Your transactions at our online store are protected by top online security systems (SSLs) that guarantee a secure trading environment for most of the 500 largest businesses in the world. In the (secure) order form fill in all necessary fields (card number, expiration date, CCV). Lamdaservice.gr processes your card details solely to complete the transaction between us, that is, to repay the products you have purchased from our online store. The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy of Lamdaservice.gr.
4.3 Payment via PayPal.
Payment with PayPal is made under the strict trading conditions imposed by PayPal.

5. REMOVAL
5.1 Right to exercise rights
You have thirty (30) calendar days and not 14 which is the minimum that the law determines to withdraw from the purchase that you have made through our online store without giving any reasons or giving us any explanation withdrawal). The right of withdrawal is exercised when you want to return the product you purchased from our online store and get your money back.

5.2 Enforcement procedures:
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal under Article 5.1 above, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the Sales Agreement that we have entered into with a clear statement (eg letter ) by mail, fax or e-mail to the following Lamdaservice.gr contact details (info@lamdaservice.gr) or by completing the FORM FOR EXEMPTION APPLICATION (enclosed at the end of the text) and by tellontas the (a print or attach), as above. The use of the enclosed Form is not mandatory. However we provide you with the opportunity through our Lamdaservice website.fill in and submit electronically the SUBMISSION FORM OF EXCLUSION or any other clear statement. By submitting the Submission Form electronically, Lamdaservice.gr will promptly send you your email confirming your withdrawal.
5.3 Obligations of the consumer on withdrawal
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, you must send us your statement on the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires in accordance with the terms set forth herein. It is expressly agreed that your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal is deemed to have been received by us the following business day following the dispatch to us of the Declaration of Suspension as set forth herein.
In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above, you must return to us (at the address shown here) the product from whose purchase you immediately withdraw – unless we have agreed to receive it from you in case of withdrawal – without undue delay, and in any event within 14 calendar days of the date on which the notice of your decision has come to us to withdraw from the Agreement in accordance with this Agreement. The deadline is considered to have been met if you send the goods back before the end of the 14-day period.
For returns of products within Greece as a consequence of the withdrawal for any reason and cause, the cost of the refund will be borne by the buyer. In any case, you will need to return the product in the manner we will indicate to you. Otherwise the refund will not be accepted. If it is a damaged or a wrong product, then the cost of the return is done by us.
5.4 Obligations of Lamdaservice.gr
If you withdraw from any of your purchases as set forth herein, the money received from you, including any delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your own choice to use other delivery methods from the cheapest delivery method we offer) without prejudice to what is expressly set out below, will be available for other purchases from our company and credited to your account. Money is not refunded.
5.5 Return of Products
We may delay the credit of your funds on your account for other purchases from our company until we receive the goods from which you are withdrawing from the same good condition as you received them. In the event of a withdrawal in accordance with the above, it is specified that any products you have purchased at a discount due to the purchase of the product from which you are withdrawing, you must return them together with the basic product from the market you are withdrawing, otherwise the withdrawal is considered as not exercised by you and therefore no obligation is produced for us.
You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to reduce the value of the products you return, which (reduction) occurs as a result of the management of the products in question by you other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and properties of the products. However, please note that in order for your money to be credited to your Lamdaservice.gr account for future purchases, in the event of a withdrawal, the product should be in the best condition received without damage and complete in its original packaging; and be accompanied by all relevant documents. Lamdaservice.gr DOES NOT accept products that are returned upon your withdrawal and which have been unsealed, or have been damaged,crunching and generally give us the impression that they have been used to determine their suitability. Also, the returned product should be accompanied by all the necessary documents you received upon receipt, otherwise Lamdaservice.gr does not accept these as you agree that the right of withdrawal is not lawfully exercised and in accordance with the terms hereof.
6. REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
You have the right to return the product you received within 30 calendar days and request it to be replaced with another type or other product. Returning products for replacement is not a withdrawal action on your part, and therefore the provisions of Article 5 hereof are not applicable. For returns within Greece, you are charged with transport costs.
III. RESPONSIBILITIES – OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
A. LIABILITY OF USERS OF THE WEBSITE AND CONSUMERS OF THE ELECTRONIC SHOP.
1. Exclusive User / Consumer Responsibility.

We furthermore inform you that the risk of loss or damage to products is borne by Lamdaservice.gr until you or a third party that you designate as responsible for receiving the products on your behalf (other than the carrier) has acquired the physical possession of the goods, so this risk is shifting to you. However, the risk is passed on to you from the delivery of your purchased products to the carrier if the carrier has been authorized by you to transfer the goods and this option was not offered by Lamdaservice.gr, without prejudice to your rights to the carrier .
3. Limitation of Warranty – Liability
