HOW TO BUY A PRODUCT?
The purchase process at LAMDASERVICE.GR is very easy:
1. Use the categories in the main menu, navigate to our website and find what you are looking for. You can also buy using the PRODUCT PER INSECT TYPE, where you will find the appropriate solution for the insect type you want.
2. When you locate a product you want to buy, select your size and click on the “ADD TO CART” button, located under each product.
3. Check the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the link “SHOPPING CART” located at the top right of the site. You can use the “DELETE FROM THE CART” button to remove products from your cart.
4. Click the ‘Continue to PURCHASE’ button to complete your purchase. You can either pay by cash on delivery, that is, by paying your ELTA COURIER employee on receipt of your order, either by credit card or via PayPal, or even by bank transfer from your bank account
IS REGISTRATION MANDATORY FOR A PURCHASE?
No. You can buy as a simple visitor or as a registered member. The member registration process is very quick and simple. Once you have entered a product in the basket and you choose to continue with the cashier, the system will automatically guide you to register as a new member. The items you need to enter during your registration are only used to ensure the ability to communicate with you to send your order. Your personal data is collected by our company solely in the context of conducting transactions with LAMDASERVICE.GR and communicating with you to complete your orders and facilitate deliveries. All your personal information collected through the LAMDASERVICE.GR special form is absolutely necessary for the performance of the above services and your registration signifies your full consent. You have the ability to access your data at any time. You can also ask for immediate deletion of your information at any time. You are also entitled to exercise at any time all of your rights under Articles 11-13 of Law 2472/1997. In any case, however, your data is retained by our company only for as long as you are a registered user of LAMDASERVICE.GR. Your personal data is not disclosed to any third party and is managed exclusively by our company.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is carried over all Greece. Most of our products are shipped within two working days with ELTA courier.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Shipping costs: 2.50 € for shipments within Athens Up to 2kg
Shipping costs: € 3,10 outside Athens Up to 2 kg
Extra cost per kilo from 2 Kg and more: € 1.25
Cash On Delivery (cash, Check): 2.40 €
Delivery at a predetermined time by phone 2.40 €
Delivery on Saturday after a 2.40 € phone call
You can also get your order from the store (or by telephone) at no cost.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?
No need to worry. Write your mail in the “Forgot your password?” field on the import page and click on the “SUBMIT” button. You will immediately receive a new temporary password in your mail that will allow you to enter your account. After entering your account, you can change the temporary password that was sent to you with a new, different code of your choice.
In any case, if you forgot your password you do not need and you do not have to open a new account. By opening a new account you will lose all information about your previous orders at LAMDASERVICE.GR and our system will treat you as a new customer.

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
Orders made until 14:00 are usually shipped on the same day if the products are immediately available (in stock). Once the package has been delivered to the courier, you will be notified by email (if you have stated your e-mail address) and SMS (if you have a mobile phone number) with the shipping code. You can then follow the progress of your package on the courier company’s mailing page. In particular, you can enter the shipping code and track the shipping process on the following websites:

Receipt of the product is usually the next business day of shipment. On some islands and remote locations, it may take one additional business day. Weekends are not delivering days by courier.
The delivery time depends on the courier’s journey every time and can not be known when sending the order. If you prefer a specific delivery time, you can write it in the order comments. For our part, we will transfer it to the collaborating courier, which takes these comments into account. Nevertheless it does not mean it will always carry it thought.

At LAMDASERVICE.GR you can buy our products with five (5) different purchase options:
1. Repayment method.
Payment upon receipt of order. When the courier company, ELTA COURRIER, comes to your place to deliver the parcel, you pay the value of your order.
2. Payment by credit card.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Your transactions in our online store are protected by top online security systems (SSL-128 bit and digital certification) that guarantee a secure trading environment for most of the 500 largest businesses in the world. In the (secure) order form fill in all necessary fields (card number, expiration date, CCV).
3. Pay with PayPal.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
You have the right to return a product under the following terms:
- The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the refund request will not exceed 10 calendar days.
- The packaging is not tampered with and is in its original (factory) condition.
- The product to be returned is accompanied by a proof of purchase or invoice.
Caution! No returns are accepted for products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal protective equipment, insecticides, deodorants, repellents, as well as products modified by customer request, as well as altered features.
For your best service, we suggest that you contact us prior to each return, by calling +30 210 34 73 207 so that the details of the return can be arranged in the best possible way.
Return Procedure: Pack the product in a larger box to protect it when shipped. We suggest using the shipping box from us. Put a document in the box that tells us how you want us to solve the financial issue, as long as the product qualifies for a refund. Then send the parcel, through the courier agency from which you received your order, to the Department of Returns. When we receive your parcel, we will begin replacing it or credit its value.
If the cause of return/change is due to LAMDASERVICE.GR’s error or to a defective product, the return costs will be charged to LAMDA SERVICE, otherwise the return costs will be borne by the customer. We would like to remind you that if the product does not meet the above mentioned conditions, or the product reaches us corrupted, it will be returned to the sender by charging him / herself.
WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
By submitting your order automatically the system will send a message to your email account informing you that we have received the order, exactly what you ordered and all the terms of the order. From this point onwards, you do not have to do anything else. When the order is delivered to the courier company ELTA COURIER or any other courier company, you will receive a new e-mail message stating the shipping / shipping number. With this number, you can track the progress of your order until it arrives at your place.
Your order will arrive at the address you have specified. To facilitate your pickup, it would be good to put your mobile phone number on your contact information.
