Λεβερκούζεν, 5 Οκτωβρίου 2022 – Η Bayer ολοκλήρωσε την πώληση της επιχείρησης Environmental Science Professional στη διεθνή εταιρεία ιδιωτικών μετοχών Cinven, αφού οι δύο εταιρείες είχαν συνάψει αντίστοιχη συμφωνία τον Μάρτιο. Οι προϋποθέσεις για το κλείσιμο της συναλλαγής – συμπεριλαμβανομένης της λήψης ρυθμιστικής έγκρισης – έχουν πλέον εκπληρωθεί.
Η Envu ιδρύθηκε το 2022, μια νέα εταιρεία που βασίζεται σε χρόνια εμπειρίας της Bayer, με μοναδικό σκοπό την προώθηση υγιών περιβαλλόντων για όλους, παντού.
