Refund Terms

Due to the nature of online shopping, problems with certain products may occur. An effort is made through analytical descriptions to cover all the possible questions. Most products have been tested by us, so we can respond to specific details after a phone call. However, it is possible to return to the following cases:

  • In any case selling a wrong product with proven fault at lamdaservice.gr
  • In any case a product of poor or defective quality with a proven fault of lamdaservice.gr


In the above cases, the customer may return the product within 10 days of the date of receipt together with all original receipt documents. In any case, the products must be returned to the condition received by the customer, complete, undamaged and packed together with all the documents and original purchase documents. If the refund does not occur within the above period or does not meet any of the requirements, lamdaservice.gr may not accept any refund and replacement. If the conditions are fulfilled and a product refund is accepted, the consumer is entitled to receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of another product (s). Either to take back cash if the purchase was done in cash. Return costs in any case are charged to lamdaservice.gr
In cases where there was a problem – a defect in the product covered by the warranty, the customer is required to return the product to the company unless the problem occurs within 20 days of purchase, so lamdaservice.gr undertakes its replacement and refund costs.

Lamdaservice.gr reserves the right to revoke or modify its return policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its site.
In case of recurring refunds or in the event that lamdaservice.gr, in its sole discretion, considers that the customer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith reserves the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.
If the product violates the refund terms and is considered unsuitable for return, then it will be returned to the customer. Transportation will be charged to him.

Money return
Refund is not possible. The customer acquires credit at our store and on our website, which he can use at any time to buy the same or other products.
